We want you to be happy with our products. Because our pieces are mostly one-of-a-kind and limited edition, we cannot offer returns.
We will happily exchange your piece within 14 days of purchase for a piece of equal value.

• Your purchase must be returned to us unused, in original condition and in original packaging and SHIPPED IN A PROTECTIVE BOX (envelopes, even padded envelopes, do not protect the jewelry from the postal process). We highly recommend purchasing Postal Insurance & Tracking for your valued items. Mikelle Design is not responsible for items that don't arrive to us.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and for cost of shipping the new item/s.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
